I have strong entrepreneurial and leadership attributes that are very much needed in developing strong and sustainable businesses that offer demand driven products/services. My vision to create new jobs and foster an entrepreneurial climate in Kosovo, led to the development of the MDA Foundation, a non- profit organization that aims to lower youth unemployment by stimulating the establishment and growth of start-ups, enhancing youth skills, and promoting Corporate Social Responsibility.
I have more than 10 years of professional experience. My educational background includes an MBA degree in International Management combined with Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and a Quality Management Systems Certification. I have broad experience in various areas of the Management Consulting industry, including Internal Auditing, Quality Management Systems, Strategic Planning, Project Management and SME Development. I am a strong supporter of private sector development by designing and implementing various donor-funded projects in Kosovo. In addition, I have more than 7 years of experience in the banking industry in USA and Kosovo

Founded in 2001, MDA started by assisting small businesses access loans by offering business planning services. Over the last eight years MDA has established itself regionally as a leading management consultancy and training company and it is continuously expanding its services and operations.
MDA has experienced a 400% growth rate during the last year enabling us to grow organically to 18 full time staff. Our growth was also driven with the help of freelance consultants which we continuously use. Currently we have 60 consultants/trainers of different fields ready to help implement projects in the region.
