Nusret Vitija is graduated from the University of Prishtina – Faculty of Economics. To his university degree in economics, he added the Management Consultant Certificate (CMC) and the CEFE Trainer Licence from CEFE International (Germany). Being a successful Workforce Development Specialist, Coach, Mentor and Trainer, Nusret has more than 20 years of professional experience in business consultancy services, investment management, entrepreneurship trainings and mentoring, non-government organization management and active labour market measures. During his career time, he has worked with more than 1,000 start-ups over 14 years and organized and implemented 3 months of on-the-job training for 1600+ un-employed job seekers, monitoring and evaluating. His professional expertise lies in entrepreneurship building, start-up promotion, VET (Vocational Education and Training) curriculum development, management and coordination of on-the-job training activities, internship and self-employment, business development services for SME. He has experience in doing Business Diagnosys and TNA for private sector and public institutions in making strategies for competitiveness, trainings and capacity building activities, and advisory services for new venture creation funds.
